Please be reminded that rent
payments will not be accepted online after the 10th of
the month. Any past due rent payments made
after the 10th day of the month must be paid in the form
of guaranteed funds directly to the Management Office.
Each Resident has one free online
electronic check payment available to him/her per
month. Please keep in
mind that should you choose to pay your rent in more than one
payment, you will be billed the $1.95 convenience fee for each
additional electronic payment made after the initial
payment.
